Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada by her character of Bo. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay, the director of drama and producer at St. Thomas University, is Silk's mom. Silk's father Peter who was an academic, worked at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna remembers some of her earliest memories of childhood, like taking part in rehearsals of plays. Silk was featured in many commercials when she was just a child. She completed her studies at St. Thomas University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Theatre St. Thomas produced at least Two early productions: Seven Menus, and The Kitchen. Silk was a resident of Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 when they met at an actor's' Workshop in Los Angeles. The couple got married in December of 2009 following a civil ceremony. Following her conversion to Judaism, they renew their vows in a Jewish ceremony on April 10, 2011, in Fredericton. Silk got a baby who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13 2013. Her second son Levi Aaron was born on the 13th of May in 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. In 2009 Silk was a part of Bo Dennis, the lead character Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during production of the season's third finale episode. She announced the pregnancy to fans of the series during an episode of the Showcase show's pre-show Season Three special on January 6 2013. Silk posted on Twitter on June 20, 2013 that production had begun on Season 4. On 4 June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for the Fourth season. CNN recognized Bo's performance alongside Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most talked about TV couples of all time. E! voted it the top couple on TV in 2013. Entertainment Television.
